 (греч. - рассудительность, справедливость, лат. aequitas - справедливость) - акт правосудия, совершаемый во имя общественного и личного блага, в к-ром дух закона признается более важным, чем буква закона. Восходит к Аристотелю и Аквинату и противостоит легализму
